Shipping Policy
All our items are passionately handcrafted with integrity and pride. Production time may take up to 3 - 7 business days after the order has been processed, prior to shipment, depending on items and stock. Your satisfaction is our top priority & we are committed to maintaining accurate product and pricing information for our customers. All shipping offers are subject to change without notice.
Free Shipping
Orders over $75 are FREE anywhere in the Continental US (after promotional codes, coupons, and before taxes). Delivery on orders with free shipping is typically 1 - 8 business days. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next day. Orders Placed on weekends will be processed on Mondays (holidays excluded). LoCo For Loudoun is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We do not ship internationally.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders $75 and under will have a flat shipping rate of $7.50 anywhere in the Continental US (after promotional codes, coupons, and before taxes). Delivery on orders with flat rate shipping is typically 1 - 8 business days. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next day. Orders Placed on weekends will be processed on Mondays (holidays excluded). LoCo For Loudoun is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy
All of our items are specifically handcrafted and custom made according to our customer's specification. Due to this process we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item has been shipped or an item was received damaged due to shipping.

Returns and exchanges for any full priced product are accepted within 30 days after the order is placed as long as they are unused, unwashed, in the original condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Please allow 3 - 10 business days to process your returns or exchanges.

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund or exchange
